Heritage Shenxian Baijiu

I visited the Shenxian Baijiu Factory, part of Shanghai’s Heritage Baijiu tradition, many years ago. Walking through the production halls, I saw the centuries-old methods still in use, from fermenting the grains to distilling and aging the liquor. The experience offered a rare glimpse into China’s deep-rooted baijiu culture, showing how craftsmanship and tradition continue to define this iconic spirit.
